Dismantling works at a Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) campus outdoor common area to prepare the space for Addition & Alteration works. Scope covered removal of existing wooden decking across 8,800 sqft, preparing the base for incoming contractors to carry out waterproofing and lay new floor tiles. Works were executed in coordination with the university facilities team to avoid disruption to academic and administrative operations in adjacent areas.
