The exact scope of work for any project is set out in the signed Quotation or Contract for that engagement, which takes precedence over the general descriptions on this website.

Cost figures shown on this website (including in our cost guides) are indicative only and based on typical project scopes. They are not a binding quotation. Final project costs are subject to a physical site inspection. We reserve the right to change estimates if site conditions differ from the details you provided.
