A complete tile hacking project for a 4-room HDB resale flat before renovation. The works included floor tile removal throughout the living, dining, and bedrooms, together with wall and floor tile hacking in the bathrooms and kitchen, preparing the home for new finishes and renovation works.

Condo & Detached House – Bathroom Hacking & Tile Removal
Extensive demolition works for a 3.5-storey condominium detached house before renovation. The works included floor and wall tile hacking, dismantling bedroom headboards, feature walls, built-in carpentry, and false ceilings, preparing the property for the next phase of renovation works.

Full bathroom and kitchen demolition for a condominium unit before renovation. The works included hacking wall and floor tiles, removing sanitary fittings, dismantling kitchen cabinets, plumbing point capping, and waterproofing removal, preparing the unit for a complete renovation.

Condo – Bathrooms & Kitchen Demolition, Floor and Tile Removal
This condominium renovation began with a complete demolition of the kitchen and both bathrooms. Our scope included the removal of wall and floor tiles, sanitary fittings, built-in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, countertops, and existing plumbing fixtures to prepare the space for renovation.

Whole-Unit Landed House Demolition
Comprehensive demolition works for a terrace house at Jalan Sankam before major renovation. The works included non-structural wall hacking, roof and rooftop shelter removal, kitchen demolition, wall and floor tile hacking, timber decking dismantling, and pond drainage, preparing the property for redevelopment and construction works.



Lorong 3 Toa Payoh
Condo – Bathrooms & Kitchen Demolition, Floor and Tile Removal
This condominium in Toa Payoh required selective demolition works for a bathroom renovation while the rest of the home remained fully occupied. Prior to commencement, MCST approval was obtained, and lift protection was installed in accordance with building management requirements.

Condo – Full Tile Hacking &
Wall Removal
A full-house hacking project, carried out ahead of a complete renovation. Scope included hacking of the kitchen wall to make way for an open-concept kitchen, floor tile removal throughout the unit, and bathroom wall and floor tile hacking, a complete strip-out clearing the way for the incoming full renovation.



International Plaza
Fashion Retail – Lease-End Reinstatement
Lease-end reinstatement of a fashion clothing and apparel retail unit at International Plaza, engaged after the tenant's lease ended. Scope covered removal of the feature wall, track lighting, partitioned fitting room, cashier counter, and display racks, returning the unit to base-build condition ahead of handover to landlord management.



Raffles City
Restaurant Unit –
Lease-End Reinstatement
Lease-end reinstatement of an F&B restaurant unit in Raffles City back to its base-build condition. Scope included kitchen demolition and equipment removal, extraction ductwork dismantling, feature ceiling strip-out, and floor tile hacking throughout the unit. All M&E modifications were capped back to management specification.



River Valley
Student Hostel –
Full Reinstatement
This project involved the demolition and strip-out of an eight-storey commercial building to prepare the premises for handover to the incoming interior design firm. The project was carefully planned and executed in phases to ensure safe, efficient demolition with minimal disruption.



Prinsep Road
Commercial – Rooftop Common Area Demolition for A&A Works
Partial demolition of a rooftop common area in a commercial development at Prinsep Road to facilitate addition and alteration works. Scope included installation of a sound barrier to contain noise from the site, disposal of soil from existing planter boxes, and hacking of the planter box structures and floor tiles beneath them.



Compass One
Restaurant Unit –
Lease-End Reinstatement
Lease-end reinstatement of a restaurant unit in Compass One shopping mall, returned to base-build specification ahead of mall management handover. Works included full kitchen demolition, extraction hood and ductwork removal, feature wall and ceiling dismantling, and floor tile hacking across the entire unit.



SUSS
Campus Common Area – Demolition for A&A Works
Dismantling works at a Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) campus outdoor common area to prepare the space for Addition & Alteration works. Scope covered removal of existing wooden decking across 8,800 sqft, preparing the base for incoming contractors to carry out waterproofing and lay new floor tiles.
