We coordinated the flooring-hacking works with the university’s facilities team, scheduling each phase around ongoing classes and administrative activities. As the site was an open-air space, we had to plan for changing weather conditions while working within restricted hours to minimise noise. By adapting our programme around rainfall and campus operations, we kept the works safe, controlled and progressing with minimal disruption.
